Registration details

• The PTPdrive will be registered to the name/company specified in the "Shipping Address" in the Paypal's order form. If you want to register it under different name, or for your company, then enter the "Full address for the registration key" in the Paypal order form (there is "Add" link in the "Shipping address" section of the Paypal order form for that).

• Your personalized registration key will be sent to you within 24 hours after the payment is processed by the Paypal. Make sure you add support@ptpdrive.com to your address book to ensure receiving of the registration key email into your Inbox.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• The payment is done via Paypal, all major credit cards are accepted.

Refund policy

• The PTPdrive can be downloaded free of charge as a trial version. The trial version never expires, there are only some features limited. This gives you opportunity to evaluate and check the software to see if it fits your needs.
• Please fully check all aspects of the software while using the trial version and ask any questions BEFORE you actually make a purchase.
• If you decide to purchase a full version of the software, you are entering into a binding contract and your order will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
• This policy was put in place to limit credit card fraud and stolen software use.

Privacy policy

• We only receive Shipping Address information from the Paypal, we never receive any credit card or other payment information. Your personal information is used only for these purposes:
• to generate your personalized registration key
• for your identification in case you lose your PTPdrive registration key and you need us to re-send it to you
• priority technical support

We never rent, sell, or share your personal information with anyone else.
